I have an elderly golden

I have an elderly golden retriever and he got sick on one of my oriental rugs. Not only was it stained from the dog but the fringe was dirty. I just laid my rug out yesterday after picking it up from John and it is beautiful. No stains remained and the fringe is incredible.

Punctual, polite, energetic, efficient worker (Rob Cruze), using up-to-date equipment, restored my dirty, short-shag carpets to like-new condition. Steam-cleaned and dried in record time because their extraction process is powerful and effective, Rob even pre-vacumned, pre-treated extra dirty stains and spots, and raked afterwards. The red wine stain is gone! The muddy footprints from workers are gone! The house smells great and the carpets are beautifully clean again. I’ll use them again.

John Howell provides a great service. My wife and I had water damage to our solid wood floors and John was there to perform moisture mitigation straight away. His roster of equipment and his grasp of the situation were both impressive. Because of his speed and experience, the impending damage was halted, and sheetrock, baseboards, and floor were completely dry within a couple days.

John came over the day we called and started the restoration process of souring carpets and within 24 hours had removed all moisture from the disaster and then asap cleaned and removed all odors from not only the water damage but also pet odors. John (owner) & Matt (assistant) worked MAGIC on my tiled & carpeted floors! We’re in a house that is new to us, but has the original flooring from 1992. The ceramic tile and grout in the bathrooms looked so good that I chose to use a clear grout sealer rather than color it. The grout in the kitchen was color sealed beautifully, which meant both John and Matt spent hours on hands and knees with a toothbrush (!) getting the application just right. They arrived on time, were very careful with my furniture, and could not have been nicer to work with!
