We get asked quite often, “Do we seal the grout lines after we have your floor looking its best?” The answer is YES, actually it is included in the price of the cleaning. This is done to help your floors look their best for the longest possible time. The grout sealer is applied immediately after cleaning and is able to be walked on after it has dried a few hours. Just like the original sealer, this sealer will wear off as well over time. A sealed floor is recommend to be cleaned with a PH neutral cleaning product, If the cleaner you are using on your floor doesn’t say it is a PH neutral cleaning product, it is NOT. Cleaners that do not say they are PH neutral may cause the grout sealer to be removed prematurely.
